Staff Requirements

Please review before applying. Applications that do not meet these standards will not be considered.

General Requirements

• At least 16 years old (exceptions may be made for highly qualified applicants).
• Active Minecraft account in good standing with no recent punishments.
• Discord required and clear communication in English.
• At least a month of active play on the server prior to applying.
• Demonstrated maturity, honesty, and respect toward players and staff.
• Positive reputation within the community.

Technical and Availability

• Availability of 3–5 hours per week to assist players and moderate.
• Comfort using basic moderation tools and following staff protocols.
• A working microphone is strongly preferred.

Behavior and Conduct

• Remain impartial, uphold server rules, and model professional behavior.
• Abuse of permissions or unprofessional conduct will result in removal.
• Follow internal guidelines and keep staff discussions confidential.

Application Process

• Applications are reviewed by the Administration Team.
• If you advance to the next stage, you will receive a ping in a ticket with next steps. Ensure your are watching the discord.
